What is CS?

CS Course  Eligibility

1. The Company Secretaries Course consists of three levels, which students must complete in order to enroll after completing their 10+2 education.

• Executive Program
• Professional Programme

2. The student who wants to enroll in the programme after graduating (for example, a B.com student) must go through two stages of the company secretary training, i.e.

• Executive Program
• Professional Program

3. Students with a 10+2 diploma in the arts, sciences, or commerce can enroll in the Foundation Program, which lasts eight months.

4. Graduates from all streams, with the exception of fine arts, may enroll in the executive programme.

5. Only after passing the Executive Program of the Company Secretary Course may one pursue a professional programme.

6. After passing the Executive or Professional Program or working under the supervision of a Company Secretary in Practice, a Student is required to complete 15 months of Management Training in Companies supported by the Institute.

CS Course structure

The Company Secretary Course is divided into three stages: Foundation, Executive, and Professional.
