Dates for the CA Intermediate Exam in 2026 – For January, 2026, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) made the CA Inter admit card 2026 available online. Earlier, on August 20, 2026, the ICAI revealed the whole CA Intermediate January 2026 session schedule.
The ICAI conducts session wise registration for students in online mode. For fresh registration, candidates have to register at Self Service Portal (SSP) of the ICAI and create login ID and those who already have a login can fill the ICAI CA application form by using their already created login ID. The CA Inter exam 2026 will be held from January 8 to 17, 2026.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will release the CA Intermediate January 2026 exam form on November 03, 2026. Candidates can submit their forms without a late fee until November 03, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you can still submit the form with a late fee of Rs 600 until November 16, 2025.
CA Intermediate Correction window: January 2026
CA Intermediate Exam Form Correction Window: The process for correcting your ICAI CA Intermediate September 2025 exam application form will start on November 03, 2025. If you’re applying for CA Intermediate exams, you can make changes to your submitted form until November 18, 2025. This includes updating your test city or test medium if needed.

CA Intermediate Result 2026 (January) –In the first week of March 2026, the ICAI will announce the CA Intermediate (January session) results. The ICAIExam.ICAI.org official exam webpage will host the results. By logging into their accounts, candidates may view their ICAI results. Along with the results, ICAI will also publish the CA Intermediate pass rate and a list of the top performers.

CA Inter’s Auditing is widely regarded as the toughest subject due to its complexity.
This will vary depending on when you start your CA intermediate preparations, but anywhere from 8 to 12 hours (or more) per day on average is required to crack the CA inter exams.
You can manage to clear CA inter exams through self-study. To do that, you will need a solid routine and strict discipline to stick to it. While ICAI material, previous years’ papers, and RTP are good enough, most students benefit from specialized CA inter coaching classes, especially the mock tests.
Intermediate Course registration is valid for 5 years and can be revalidated for a further 5 years period by paying a revalidation fee of Rs. 400/-. Revalidation is permitted only once for Intermediate Course.
